The Rotovator

Got the terrace in today on to patches, looks ok, but the polythene donated from next door on his insistance that it woould save the wood. I think he thinks we are a bit fusy and poncy about our plot, but hes a great help. I think tomorrow we will get some oinions in weather and hang over permiting.

The plot is changing loads, the little shed has been cleared out today, the last guy who owned it must have had a thing about nails and plastic bags, the whole shed was full of them.
Frith has built a path from all the old briks that we have dug up looks pretty good. I cant believe that we (mostly frith) have managed to get the whole thing dug in 1 week.

Its a bit over grown and theres tonnes of asbestos cement lying about, but its ours, well the councils but im not giving it back.

This is a pic of the first day, hopfully it will change a bit every few weeks.

We started digging proper on the 16th of april, and then again on the 17th and the 18th and the 19th and the 20th. This blog is just so that i can track the progress my self.
